The Criolla’s menu has been described many different ways and over the years we’ve created some pretty wild dishes. But many times guests ask us to bring back comforting creations like Kiss Yo’ Momma Soup, Criolla’s Colado, Wood Grilled Tuna Mignon and that unusually popular "Mullet for the Next Millennium". Also, I promise to never remove the Chocolate Gateau and my great Aunt Irma’s Banana & Pecan Beignets.
As always, we continue to get closer to the source on such things as primo tuna, live soft shell crabs, fresh Louisiana crawfish and the best in locally produced, organic produce.
